Down derived from Tsurugi Jacket, which inherits 10 years of history.
More than ten years ago, three people, a world-renowned ice climber who formerly belonged to a NATO mountaineering unit, and a gentleman who belonged to the SAS and was immersed in critical mountaineering, worked together to create everything from base layers to shells and overcoats. We have launched the Mountain Project, which develops jackets and other clothing that can be worn systematically. The current "Tsurugi Jacket" is part of that project and the main shell.
The ventilation system common to all is arranged from the TB Jacket & Pant system and angle. The Tsurugi 10th Down Jacket has improved the shape of the insulation, which was designed for relatively low-temperature conditions, and is filled with 850 fill down that has been treated to be water repellent.
angle ventilation
The double slider ventilation that opens wide from the neck to the sides symbolizes the Tsurugi Jacket. While maximizing ventilation efficiency, it eliminates the difficulty of putting on and taking off pullovers.
hem stopper
The drawcord stopper at the hem is placed in the center of the front, not on the side. Inherits the Tsurugi Jacket's function to avoid interference with gear set in the gear loop when wearing a harness.
The large-capacity pocket has a mesh structure and can also be used as ventilation.
