Combination of comfort and speed
For a long time now, comfort and speed have existed separately in the racing category. We wanted to combine the two, which is why we developed ALTRA's first carbon-preferred shoe.
This shoe uses about half as much carbon and less material to promote natural propulsion.
The newly developed ALTRA EGO™ PRO midsole is our lightest and most energy efficient midsole.
The Active Stance Rocker is also the Measured from the heel and located 65% forward of the foot, the Active Stance Rocker (the most rearward of any Altra shoe) promotes a more efficient toe-off.
Of course, the Balance Cushion (Zero Drop) and Foot Shape (Foot Shape) are still available.
