The Trail Runner Free Series is compatible with 4.0Ah battery and hybrid battery.

It's  features and light are optimized to meet the needs of runners. The Trail Runner Free 2 Ultra comes with a rechargeable 4.0 Ah (14.8 Wh) battery and a hybrid battery case.

The power cord is integrated into the headband, providing a comfortable headlamp experience without bothersome or tangled wires.

Included is a Hybrid Battery Case that can accommodate a rechargeable Silva Hybrid Battery Pack or three separate AA batteries (sold separately). This allows for the use of AA batteries as a backup in case of power depletion. The case is designed with a grippable surface and an integrated red rear safety light for enhanced visibility.

A long-distance battery is also included. In addition to the Hybrid Battery Case, the Trail Runner Free 2 Ultra comes with a rechargeable, long-lasting 4.0 Ah (14.8 Wh) battery pack that neatly fits into a multi-attachment soft case. The 4.0 Ah (14.8 Wh) battery is ideal for extended running sessions. It features a four-level battery indicator and can be charged anywhere using the included USB cable.

Customized beam settings are available. The second generation of the Trail Runner Free utilizes a more powerful cooler to optimize cooling while maintaining comfort and lightness. The lamp can generate up to 500 lumens (depending on the battery type). Our Ultra Runners play a crucial role in the design process, and the Trail Runner Free 2 Series is tailored for running in every aspect. All three headlamps in this series are equipped with Silva Intelligent Light, which incorporates double beam technology for optimal light settings for running. Our unique combination of a long-reaching spotlight and a close-range floodlight reduces head movement, improves control and balance, reduces fatigue, and increases speed.

Comfort is prioritized down to the smallest details. The unit weighs only 61 grams (excluding the battery). Even when using the included 4.0 Ah (14.8 Wh) long-distance battery with the Trail Runner Free 2 Ultra, the total weight of the headlamp is just 160 grams. The headlamp achieves perfect balance and comes with a smoothly adjustable, tangle-resistant flat, soft fiber extension cord. The headband is soft yet firm enough, and it includes silicone straps on the inside to prevent slipping. The battery can be comfortably attached to the headband for portability, or placed in a pocket and warmed using the included extension cord to conserve battery life.

For those who want to go far or go fast with extended sessions using the 4.0 Ah (14.8 Wh) long-distance battery, choose the Trail Runner Free 2 Ultra. The Free 2 Ultra also comes with a Hybrid Battery Case that allows for the addition of three AA batteries or a Hybrid Battery (1.25 Ah/4.6 Wh).
