The Free 2000 S lamp and battery combination (2000 lumen headlamp + 24.1 Wh battery) is ideal for running and cross-country skiing in technical terrain and tough conditions.

All cables are integrated into the headband for a better experience and optimal cooling for higher performance.

Less heat, more light.
Cooling is essential for better headlamp performance. Free Airflow technology has been developed in collaboration with thermodynamic experts and is designed to provide maximum ventilation and cooling even when the lamp is stationary, with an optimized aluminum cooler and protective plastic casing. The result is high quality light regardless of activity, even when airflow and cooling are not optimal.

Reduced complexity and increased flexibility
All parts and accessories are interchangeable. This means that you can supplement or upgrade your lamp with a different battery, lamp head unit, or mounting kit. The lamp unit and battery can be easily removed from the headband and mounted on a helmet, bike bars, or frame instead.

Double Beam Technology
Double Beam Technology is available on all Silva Free headlamps. The combination of a long reach spot light and a close proximity flood light allows for improved LED head movement, better control, improved balance, reduced fatigue, and increased speed.

One headlamp for all activities
Silva Free is a series of headlamps that can be combined: choose from three different lamp units, four batteries, and three mounting options. All parts are interchangeable, so there is no need to buy new headlamps for different activities. Simply add another lamp unit, battery, or mounting kit to your setup. All parts can be purchased and installed individually.

Free Series Accessories
If you want to carry as little weight as possible, use the included extension cable and put the battery in your pocket or backpack. Bar mounts, helmet mounts and GoPro mounts are also available as accessories for the Silva Free headlamp, as well as very long extension cables and top bands.
